Those who know me well are aware of the causes I care deeply about — education being one of the most important. For years, I have devoted time, energy, and passion to making education more human, more inclusive, and more aligned with today’s society.
💡 Believing in Education That Guides Rather Than Directs
I’ve had the opportunity to teach in both public and private schools.While this experience brought me great satisfaction, it also led to some frustration. With the right tools — and an approach focused on support, motivation, and trust — I could have gone even further in helping my learners thrive.
My involvement in the Vaud Parents’ Association and local political life also gave me valuable insights. Over time, I realized that meaningful change doesn’t always come from the top.
Real transformation happens when we embody the change we want to see — one classroom, one learner, one teacher at a time.
What I Want to See in Education
